May 2020 Market Update

An overview of what has been happening in the Wembley Property Market through the month of May.

May has been a big month for us, on the 13th May the Government announced that we could go back to work and we have been preparing for that behind the scenes.

We re-commenced with viewings on the 15th May and on Monday our office re-opens, so if you want to see a member of the team please call the office on 020 8903 3909 to book an appointment slot.

We are only able to have two members of the public in the office at any one time. You will also be required to wear a mask and use our hand sanitiser station as you enter.

The good news is that the property market is buoyant, after nearly two months of being frozen in time it has bounced back to life and we are over subscribed with viewing request!

With the reawakening of the property market I am bringing back my monthly property market update videos and here is May's.

I hope you will join me at the end of June for the next instalment.

If you have any queries in the meantime or just want to chat something over both myself and the team are always on hand, so just pick up the phone or let us know when you want to come in for a chat and we will have a warm or cold beverage waiting for you.

Take Care, Stay Safe and Stay Alert!
